1、幕墻鋁板一般指表面經(jīng)過高溫烤漆處理的單層鋁板、鋁塑復(fù)合板、蜂窩鋁板等。幕墻鋁板在使用過程中，由于受空氣污染(汽車尾氣及工業(yè)區(qū)空氣污染物)、灰塵及酸雨的共同作用，作為建筑外墻，使用一段時間后便逐漸附著大量雨筋及污垢，影響建筑外觀。同時由于污染物中含有微酸性物質(zhì)可導(dǎo)致鋁板表面烤漆保護(hù)膜層被侵蝕，含有大量有機(jī)污染物的灰塵和酸雨的流淌，導(dǎo)致污漬容易粘附在鋁板上，一旦污染形成，就會變得很難清洗。

根據(jù)鋁單板原有涂層的粉化等級和原涂裝工藝做如下工藝：

1、物理打磨：(適用于粉化等級≤3級的幕墻)。采用打磨工具將被涂物表面打磨粗糙。要 求打磨力度均勻，不得有漏打，不得打穿原涂層;

2、介格縫處理：將原縫硅膠都清除或采用粘貼保護(hù)的方式進(jìn)行 保護(hù);
